take some over the counter pain meds (like advil or ibuprofen) and get comfortable. drink water, if you have a heating pad then you can put that on your back where the cramp is. put on a show or something distracting and try to wait it out.

Drink lots of water, because if it does come, being hydrated will make it a lot better for you.

Make sure you have time to yourself and don’t take anger out on anyone, I get really moody around that time and I have bad attitude, but what helps me is physical activity, I usually make my run extra long that day and it makes it better.

Actually I did not get any pain during my first period and now I am struggling and sometimes I cry
Drink a lot of water
AND THE WORST THING IS ABOUT THOSE PADS WE NEED TO CHECK EVERY 2HOURS
Eat a lot that helps u reduce a obit of pain

For me, eating or drinking something cold always helps. Like maybe drink ice water or eat ice cream. But the most important thing is to get rest and stay hydrated. Hope this helps.
