pov you give yourself a star stick n poke on your ankle, and it looks pretty fire, but then you remembered you have to go to summer camp in two weeks and it's like a Christian church camp with conservatives, and now you think the kids in your cabin are gonna think your "rebellious/bad influence" when they see a star tattooed onto a 13 year old's ankle : Dalso dw in this pov you made sure everything was sterile before you poked a needle in your skin and didn't go deep enough for you to have it for the rest of your life 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 |

I have questions about this stuff actually 😂 does it hurt? Like obviously it’s a needle entering your skin, but I have heard that tattoos hurt a lot when receiving them. Second question: how long does it last?

@GenMalucci it took me liek three hours to do (you need to do like a bunch of layers for it to be visible) and it hurt a little bit at first but i got used to it. really it depends on where you do it because if you do it on thin skin like on your ankle its gonna hurt more, but if you do it on your thigh or something it probably wont hurt as bad. and if you dont stick the needle to far into your skin it should be semi permanent so it should come off in like 3-5 years, but if you are going extreme and sticking it in far into your skin, it will probably be permanent. and if you are young maybe choose a small design, so that when your older and you dont like it or something you can cover it up with an actual tattoo that fits you more. AND PLEASE FOR GODS SAKE STERILIZE THE NEEDLE THAT YOU USE. and dont use pen ink. oh and there is this stuff called aquaphor and its really good for aftercare for taking care of your skin and stuff to prevent infection.

Interesting. I would draw over it. I go camping every summer and I usually have some marker or pen on me and no one seems to care. And it’s a Catholic camp 🤷♀️

I mean... you can always take a sharpie or pen and draw around it too. Like my camp counselor gave us markers the first day and said we could draw on ourselves cause it was storming too hard to go anywhere

That and everyday she would write scripture on her arm. Just like uplifting stuff. No one cares unless you bring attention to it. And if they notice you can just tell them you like to draw on yourself
