So, while chatting today...I wondered...what do you guys do with your leftover string? The strings that are long enough that you don't want to throw them out, but too short to make another bracelet with? I've seen the Fringe Bracelet...any other ideas? I'm starting to gather quite a collection! 🙂

Chestnut...have you made one of these? I am worried that it will eventually unravel because the ends hang loose...is that the case?

Make it in to a really nice ball and tie it to a string. That could be hours of fun for a cat :3

@Peanut (i added the fringe tutorial) with regular wearing, my fringe bracelets don't unravel but the fringe tangles if it is too long

I use my leftover string (depending how long it is) as base strings for alphas.

You could do things like making braids that you can clip into your hair with a bobby pin or making a "square knot bracelet." Both of those need less string and look pretty cool! 🙂

a square knot bracelet is simply a bracelet made using square knots instead of regular bracelet knots. It's more of a macrame knot. Maybe I should make a tutorial...
