My grandma also always tells me that just laying in bed also counts as resting. So before I stressed a lot about not sleeping and lying awake, but after that I just lied there and thought about how my body is also resting now. That kind of reduces the stress for me.

Take melitonin (idk how to spell it) 20 minutes before you want to go to bed for a few days and your body should get used to the new sleep schedule at least that’s what I do

Keep a window open even if it’s only a little all day so your room feels almost cold cus when u go to bed you won’t be so warm it helps

Maybe some ASMR video's? For some people it is really relaxing, and it helps. For some it doesnt but i would reccomand them (im my major we actually use this in specific therapy forms!).i would suggest to put on headphones and listen to them (there are specially ones for sleeping!). Earpods or so can be used also but dont forget if it works for you you are most likely to fall asleep with them still on. So make sure they are comfortable and dont cause harm during sleepFor others it also helps to listen to some story telling podcasts (no, it's not just for kids. The relaxing part is in the way the stories are told and the story itself. Your brain processes a lot during sleep so don't feel surprised if you fall asleep and dream about the stories being read to you.) |

I also have the same problem try not to watch one your phone 2 hours before bedtime if you would like you can take sleeping pills or gummy’s but yeah also try not to eat anything that has caffeine in it because caffeine contains something that makes you hyper so yeah hope you can sleep better bye 😘
