so I recently made a wall hanging like yesterday and my arm hurts sooooo bad and I don't know what to do can anyone help?

Maybe you could stretch it or put ice on it? Idk lol but that's prob what i'd do

So what I found works best is putting heat on it like a rice bag or hot water bottle. I would avoid using ice if it’s not a bone injury but that’s just me. Another thing that I have found works for muscle pain is roll ons. If you have like a pharmacy or grocery store near where you live I would recommend picking up a pain reliever roll on. They do sting for a little bit or just feel cold or warm. They work really well for me when if I hurt after swim so I hope this helps!
