First of all: you don't need to come out to your friend! Only do it if you feel comfortable and safe doing so.If you don't know what her stance is on the lgbt community I recommend to include the topic in conversation to check out what her views are and how she reacts. Coming out is often something that you are very worried before doing it, but it often turns out to be no big deal at all afterwards. But it is still scary because you can never really know the end results. I personally have been putting off coming out to my family and some of my friends for a long time despite probably not needing to worry about it that much. So I am probably not the best person to give you advice 🙂 Think about how you want to come out. You can make a list with pros and cons of each possible method. Possible methods could be doing it in person or writing a letter or text. All methods have their pros and cons and are more or less scary. Personally I think writing a letter or a text message could work well because you can choose your words carefully and you don't need to do it in person. |

If you don't feel comfortable or don't have a plan, then don't tell them yet. It is a very difficult thing to do and I would suggest planning it out carefully if ur gonna do it in person. Don't rush it. You could also bring up LGBTQ+ and see how they react and then use the current topic to tell them instead of just throwing it in there. Hope this helps! 👍

You could try doing a tiktok, I know that there are coming out ones, you could make it and send it to her, or do it with her! Hope this helps!!

Yeah, I wouldn’t tell them if you aren’t close. Also definitely find out their views. I have come out only to a doctor and my mom( she is extremely nosy). I plan on telling on my best friend, but otherwise don’t have plans on coming out to anyone since everyone I know are super religious. |
