I suggest target and old navy (or gap, same company). I’ve gotten a pair or two of mom jeans from old navy that I like, and they aren’t too pricey

Definitly check out target, old navy, gap, and h&mtarget has some nice ripped jeans and some regular jeans in general, old navy and gap almost always have sales, and h&m has some rlly nice stuff if you wanna pay for a little more |

The forever 21 I go to ALWAYS has sales. I have gotten so many cute pieces of clothing for less then $10! I have some black ripped jeans from there that were only $12(Tho it was a bit closer to thanksgiving)
