Hi everyone, So I love knotting but recently whenever I knot I have been getting hand cramps and it feels like they are asleep/tinkling feeling when they are not. I have been taking breaks between knotting, stretching them and pulling my fingers. But they barely work and I really don't want to stop knotting or take a long break and then eventually be in a slump. Please let me know if you have any tips. Thank You, lovingirl9 ❤️ |

I get aches in my fingers, my joints and a few blisters too. I have to stop and essentially give my hand a massage and use hand cream for my blisters. I knot quite tight so I've tried to relax my hand more when making a bracelet, but if I'm in the zone I don't realise how tight i still make my knots. I'd just say either take more breaks or rub the part of your hand that's giving you the pain. 😊 Hope this helps, but I still get pain to this day.

Also when I said take a break I ment for like a few days, I'm a seamstress so I need my hands on best form everyday. I had to take time off from bracelet making but not for too long at a time.
