My brother did the same thing once. Try to scoop out as much as you can with your fingers. Then mix 1/2 cup white vinegar with 1cup warm water. Be prepared to scrub using fingers, a washcloth, and a dull butter knife. Add small amounts of vinegar as needed. Have some carpet cleaner on hand to get the smell of the vinegar out.

I used ice cubes and then vinegar and water.... i hate slime. and it was my sister... never again will she have that in my room.

I accidentally knocked over a thing of slime that a neighbor gave me on my way out, when I got back it was dry and nasty.... I couldn’t get it out and I tried everything. I took some scissors and cut the slime out of the carpet, no one noticed

Try to use really hot water and scrap out as much slime as you can if it is not dry. If it is dry take warm water and poor it on then take a razor blade (have an adult do this maybe) and try to take as much slime off the top but be careful and don’t remove too much carpet.

i think i’ve heard someone say club soda works but that might be for something different, idk
