Try checking out different types of face wash some of them can make you brake out worse...So find one that is good for your skin. And always keep you face moisturized that can be more important than washing your face... just make sure you have the right product for your skin that is the key. Good luck 😀😀😀 |

I have such bad acne that I was really glad when we had to start wearing masks. I am a swimmer and sense I started swimming again my acne has been better. That’s because the chlorine dries out my skin. What I’m saying is you might want to try something to dry out your face

I have really bad acne and I recomend going to a dermathologist but if that's not available to you, make sure you wash your face frequently, i do it morning and night, and avoid using products that will make your skin greasy, always wear suncream that way it will leave less marks (if you find one that isn't greasy then that's perfect). Also never pick on it it's honestly the worst you can do, my acne is healing now but it left a lot of scars from me picking on it.

ok, so here's my advice: just leave your face alone for a bit. don't touch it, don't do any skincare routine, nothing. If your acne gets better, then, you're using the right products. But it has happened sometimes that the acne got better, and the treatments just made it worse. The lotion I'd been using on my face actually caused some definite acne. Just experiment a little to find better products.

yea i use vaseline or aquaphor, dont touch my face, and scrub my face in the shower 😄
