How to add a tutorial?

Hi! I am planning on making a mandala flower tutorial soon but I cant figure out how to add a tutorial. If you know how please let me know. Thanks!

You have to create the tutorial in a google doc/Microsoft word doc in the same format as the others. Include a title, pictures, supplies, videos, and instructions. Once this is created, message a mod and ask for the email address that is used to send in tutorials. However, there is already a mandala flower tutorial on here so you might want to double check if you still want to make a tutorial on it.
