you could embellish them onto a bracelet! you could ether sew it onto a completed bracelet or take an unfinished bracelet, thread the strings onto a needle, and pierce the pom-pom with the needle, undo the needle, and continue making your bracelet as normal around it 😄

Going off of what @_Theatre_ said, you could put one or a few onto the end of a string and put it onto a bookmark like people do with tassels (did that make any sense??)
