Right now mine is all tangled in a bag and some on bobbins. Anyone have a better way?

I buy those cheap plastic bead/craft organizers for a few bucks. They perfectly fit bobbins of floss

@aprow402 I don’t really like using bobbins is my issue. Takes a lot of time. The ones I have on bobbins I bought that way from Goodwill

You can also wind it around your fingers to create a bundle that will prevent tangling. The book I got the method from called them “butterflies”. Do some research into that maybe?

@lili23567 I don’t keep them in a box because it’s not as portable that way 🙁

I cut pieces of cardboard and rapped tread around each of the pieces and put all of them lined up in a box

I have a few different ways. For travel I have a small tin that used to have chocolate bars in it 😂 It’s perfect size to hold what I need for short travel. I throw a handful of skeins in there with safety pins, scissors etc and can easily fit it in a bag to go in car or a short plane ride. I now store mine in a flat plastic bead box wrapped on bobbins. I glued a cheap plastic pencil pouch to the top to shove my scissors in and any in-progress bracelets I’ve yet to travel with it on a plane but it’s small enough it was still good in the car.
