@_Rae_ I was on that level for almost 6 months. After I started being a lot more active I moved up from skiller( 3) to bracelet royalty in less then 3 weeks.

I was too. It depends on how much you comment and do their stuff on the site. I saw someone who joined the site and became a bracelet royalty in under a month!
