I make the actual bracelet part 6 inches and then you make the ties about 3-4 inches so it can be adjustable.

It depends on how long you want it to be. I like to take a bracelet that I’m working on, putting around my wrist, and take a ruler to measure it. But about 14 to 16 centimeters/ 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 inches long works fine.

usually just a bit bigger than my wrist so i can still wear it as i get bigger ❤️
