I haven’t gotten a shot in many many years, but I was most definitely scared of them as a little kid, I can remember kicking and trashing to get away. However, you can get over it, you just have to connect it with something you like, so if you like to watch a certain YouTuber you can watch them and when you get the shot, don’t look, it induces the fear into you, so if you don’t see it and your mind is distracted, it won’t have any effect

Needles make me cringe and tick when I have invasive thoughts from anxiety and stuff for me exposing myself to something I’m scared of is the best way to get over it but I recommend just keeping journals about your serious fear it’ll help you reflect every time you re read the passages
