Tell them you are done. Don’t let them make you stay friends. If they try to talk to you be polite, but end the convo as soon as possible.If they barrage you with texts, emails, etc. you should block them. I just ended a slightly toxic friendship a month or so ago. However, depending on how manipulative your friend/s is/are you may have to be a lot firmer. |

@crafty83 it’s hard to tell. They’re suicidal, but are also manipulative at the same time. They do have other friends I think. But they’ve been telling me things such as they get bullied and beat up at school (sense this is a online friendship Idk if they’re lying-) but yeah it’s really confusing

@crafter83 sadly no. And the problem is we talk on a game. He hasnt been on in several weeks so I’m really worried that he actually committed. Usually he takes breaks but I got a gut feeling abt this one 😭😭

I’m sorry. If he really has, know it’s not your fault. As a suicidal person myself, it isn’t a valid excuse to manipulate someone. Could you write them on the game and ask them for their parents info? |

Also you should ask either your parents, if you have a counselor, or a school counselor for advice. If you can’t talk to any of them( if you live in the United States) call 1-888-796-8226. This is resolve network, and they’ll know what to do probably better then any of us on here. |

@crafter83 I don’t think they would give me the info. I’ve asked for his Snapchat AND his number so we could talk outside of the game, he got all defensive and said no. I think it’s because he’s lying about who he is, and I know he is. I’ve caught him doing it. He claims to have siblings but they aren’t even real🤡 it’s just him pretending to be them- anyways, I’ve tried to get him to video call and everything. Even tried to with his “siblings” but no luck 😓

@crafter36 they were like “you need to drop him, etc.” and I was like explaining everything and then they just kept telling me to drop him but like I already know all this stuff😭

My counselor had to keep telling me stuff which I knew. I have felt so much freer when I actually took her advice and used it.If it makes you feel better, try to find a local crisis line. You can call them and talk about your situation. I just realized the one I said above isn’t a nation wide one, it’s hard to keep them all straight |
