Practice. No one starts out with high-quality bracelets. Start with simpler bracelets (2-4 colors, 6-12 strings, repetitive patterns), then slowly work your way up to the complex ones. Also, make sure to pay attention to the pattern! They can have minor variations that affect the entire pattern which are easy to miss. All I make is normals, so I only know tips for them.

I agree with racooo, practice a lot, and pay attention to the pattern. 🙂 Friendship bracelets can take a long time to get good at. Best of luck to you!!

1. Give yourself a straight edge when you first start. 2. When you have done so, whenever you notice the edges of your next row "curving up" if you will, use your finger and carefully pick at it downwards before you continue. This normally straightens it out before you continue, and keeps your bracelet straighter as you go. 3. If you notice a knot that looks a bit improper REDO IT BEFORE YOU CONTINUE 4. All in all, make sure the row is straight with clean knots before going on. Try every few knots out by pulling down your background/base strings a pushing up the knots with N

(Cut off) with an object with a straight edge! (Alpha Tips) Normal Pattern Tip: Make sure your knots are tied as tight as possible (without breaking the string, of course) This assists in knot consistency, giving you a better finished bracelet!
