Hi guys, as someone who is working her way out of depression and has finally figured out her sexuality i feel the need to reach out to any of you who just need to rant, if you want advice on anything at all, if you have questions you don't wanna be made fun of to ask, or pretty much anything you need help with. @crafter83 what i personally recommend (you dont have to though, this is just what i did) is that you just kinda think "could i be in a relationship with a boy/girl/nb/others, and be comfortable with it?" Or just think about the things you would do on a date with a guy and try "replacing" the guy for someone of another gender. And if you are comfortable with all of this then you might be pan, but thats up to you to figure out. Sorry if that doesn't help!!

@crafter83 so i did the exact same thing a few months ago, and i suggest asking a few supportive friends to call you by them/they pronouns and possibly a new name if you wish for a week or so and if it feels right you should know

@crafter83 hey its ok, I'm a mess too lol. Have you considered asexuality or demisexuality? Asexual is when you feel no sexual attraction to any gender, and demisexual is when you only feel sexual attraction to those you have a deep connection with.

@crafter83 Ok so aromantic is feeling no romatic attraction, which generally means you dont get crushes and you arent comfortable dating, whereas asexual is no sexual attraction but you still feel romantic attraction. Idk if u got them mixed up or my sleep deprived brain read your comment wrong, sorry!!
