Yarn in bracelets?

Hi all! I watched a MashaKnots stream and saw she used Alize Forever Simli yarn, and wanted to buy some yarn for bracelets. I was wondering if there is a certain size of yarn that I would have to get if I would want to use yarn in bracelets, and what kind and brands do everyone recommend? Thanks!

I use superfine/size 1 yarn from the brand Lion Brand Yarn. The kind I use is Summer Nights and it’s multicolored and sparkly. It also comes in a huge bundle for not that expensive
