I love the Alex Verus series by Benedict Jack! The first book is called Fated. It is about mages/magic in modern day London. It is full of action and adventure! 😊If you like Harry Potter, I would recommend this series. (It is a little darker than Harry Potter) |

Read all of them first! 😉 Actually terrible idea. You will start to get the book plots mixed up. I would say to start off with Ranger's Apprentice.

@skittlesss I highly recommend it! It is a fun and different take on magic, and has a great story line. There are currently 11 books available in the series, and the final 12th book will be available at the end of this year.
