Does anyone else have trouble sleeping? I stay up for hours longer then I should. I usually get distracted and go on my phone. Any suggestions?

It's proven that if you watch tv or go on a device an hour before you sleep it gets difficult to fall asleep. Another reason is you might not be getting enough exercise. It happens to me sometimes. Even if you just take a walk it will probably help. Otherwise I would take a sleeping medicine.

I have a lot of trouble falling asleep too, mostly because my mind is always so busy. Try calming techniques, maybe. Trying that after a active or busy day usually works for me.

Since I am an insomniac and have anxiety, I can never fall asleep. I have gotten used to it, but I do recommend getting medicine for it or try a relaxing activity, like yoga. I know it sounds silly, but it helps

It's the same problem for me. Probably it's because my brain is always working and analyzing my day or something else. I can just suggest going sleep at 10-11 pm and woke up at 6-7 am, like this urs day is longer!
