Do you take them off or keep them on? I was wondering becauseI have one I want to keep on so it won't be a hassle to get on in the morning 🙂

Sleep with them. It's too much work to take them off, and it doesn't ruin them or anything so I don't see a downside.

I wear mine quite literally 24/7. Shower, sleeping, swimming, school, sports, everywhere. I currently have 5 on my left wrist and 1 one my right wrist. I normally wear about 5 on each wrist, but had to take some off because they got in the way of bowling.

True impersonat they can become quite the struggle to take on and off but mines has a metal charm so I'm afraid of early rusting, wow Lily that sounds cool XD I probably could only handle three or two on each wrist. Thanks Lily and impersonat 🙂

I sleep with my brackets on and I only have 4 on my right wrist. Some times for bowling I have to take them off with the brace I have to wear

I wear mine everywhere, especially a lot at summer camp on my ankles. I usually take them off if they are wet and I am in the sand because it can rub against your skin and give you a blister. If they get dirty, before bed I take them off and wash them under lukewarm water with hand soap. Be aware that washing them can fade the color. 👍 ❤️

24/7! I have 5 on my left hand and 4 on my right. I have one on my left hand that I have kept on for 2 years (I had to take it off a couple of times for basketball)
