Next time when you look in the mirror, don't see anyone else but yourself. Your face is what makes you, and even if your really tall, or maybe you think your too fat or too skinny think. I'm me, and I should be the best me I can be. Be who you are not what people want you to be.

Why is being "Beautiful" the hype? Can't we just say you are Smart, Kind, Friendly, and a person who deserves respect? Why does being "Beautiful" mean so much? Is it because most think it is where true value comes from, unlike the other things I've listed?

@Bentoshan I think that beautiful touches all the categories you mentioned. When a person has those traits and let's them shine through, they seem as beautiful as they truly are, like having a beautiful soul. Does that make sense? I feel like someone else could explain it better.

I get it. It's just that a lot of times people always mention the outside. When people look in the mirror and don't like what they see, people try to be nice and just say that it's beautiful, anyway. I just wish people would refer to the soul rather than physical features when trying to build self confidence. You can't change who you are on the outside. Thank you for your reply!
