I stack up a lot of pillows and one that is really short in the front and it helps the arch of my back

I sit on a chair with a table in front of me and thats where i make bracelets, but my back starts hurting too. So what i do is i take a square shaped pillow that i have, and its really firm so i put it in between my front and the table, and it gives a support that i can lean on. Its pretty comfy for me, i dunno about anyone else though... But its worth a try!😄

sit against a wall and put your knee up. safety pin the bracelet to your pants just below your knee. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THE SAFETY PIN.

I sit on the floor leaning against the couch with one knee up and if my back starts to hurt I get up and walk around or stretch my back the opposite way of how I was sitting (be careful if you do that). Also just take breaks like you do 5 rows then walk one around the house or stretch for one minute something like that (just be reasonable). Hope this helped! 👍

@sgouru i agree! stretching is very very important without it oxygen cannot get into your muscles creating tension and increasing you chance of blood clots. get up and move every hour or so

I make bracelets sitting and my legs bent to put my clipboard with my bracelet on it. When my back hurts I do a small neck and back exercise right in that spot and continue

I recommend sitting on a chair with a back (basically no stoll) and stack pillows to your desired height and try to keep a good sitting posture. That's what I do :/

Like put the pillow stack on your lap and maybe put a flat surface on top to make the bracelets (if that makes sense ;-; )

I just keep a clipboard in my lap (knees curled) and keep a pillow behind me for stability. But I don't really sit down for hours and make bracelets. I usually make it for 30-45 minutes before standing and stretching
