Is there any way to fix bracelet that has been tied then fell off? The strings at the end are now too short to re-tie, so I was wondering if there's a way to patch it up.

I've had to do this a couple times. It's kinda hard to explain, but I'll do my best.

Thread a needle with a piece of embroidery floss, I'd say about 18in/50cm long. Poke it through the bracelet, within a few rows of the end. Pull the string HALFWAY through the bracelet, so you have 25cm on each side of the bracelet. Now do this with a few more pieces of embroidery floss. How many depends on the size of the bracelet. For an alpha with 9 base strings, I used 4 pieces. Now, take all these strings and braid them together. Make sure they're folded in half over the end of the bracelet. So if you used 6 pieces of string you'd now have 12 strings. If the bracelet has a loop at one end, you're done. If it doesn't, do the same at the other end. Now tie your bracelet on using your new ties. If this is confusing, let me know. I'll see if I can find a way to send some photos.

@Lily99 whoa that's an amazing idea. I might try that, although none of my bracelets are broken. LOL
