Hi everyone does anyone have any tips for me?
I am really tired of worrying everyday about the virus (though I stay home everyday and where a mask when I’m going to essential places) and I feel like nothing is ever going to be normal. I am not doing very well with online school and my mental health is not that great either.. does anyone have any positive things to help me feel better? Thx

Grandparents and I’m not good at comforting people so I can’t help too much but I can send you some memes or animals that will hopefully cheer you up 🙂

Welp I’m dumb I just realized you can’t send pictures on here but just remember you can make it through these hard times and I may not know you but I’m sure you can overcome your problems with online school and your mental health and I hope this helps a bit and I’m sorry if it doesn’t

@angeldior I might have some tips... I do online school as well, using a planner to map out everything you need to do that day helps me a lot. I also don’t take a lot of notes but I would suggest writing down what you might not understand and stick it in a binder.

@angeldior I might also take a day to just relax and focus on yourself. Whether that means fully on yourself or your environment .I sometimes clean my room, organize, and clean myself up for the next day. I also like to listenYouTube sometimes while I do these things. I’d stay away from virus stuff especially if you stay home like me most the time, you cannot trust everything they say about it. I hope this helps you!!

I understand where you’re coming from. A few months ago, I was really upset about this whole thing. I still am obviously, but not to the extent that I was before. I would cry myself to sleep every night and I was just feeling really down all the time. But then I reaized that nobody really wants to be in this situation, so we have to make the most of what we’ve got. I text my friends every day, and we study together on our off days. I also completely shut myself

... shut myself out from the news. I don’t really watch it anymore because all the time its just “coronavirus this, coronavirus that,” and that’s not what i want to have hovering over my head. Just focus on the now and give it your all. It’s a hard thing that we’re going through, but just know that you’re trying your best and that’s enough. Hope this helps ❤️

I suggest to talk to someone and tell them how you feel.Talking to someone is a really good way to get out your emotions.I would also try not to stress too much.Maybe sit down and knot a bracelet and watch some Tv to get your mind of things that you don't want to think about.I hope that helped you and remember that everything is okay and that you can power through these tough times ❤️

I've been worried lately too, so I have no advice, but if you would like to talk just message me and we can.

I’m so sorry bless your heart. I like to talk to my family when I’m sad. Just hearing loved ones voices lifts my spirits.

hmm i recommend listening to some happy music (for example I like to listen to music that makes me feel empowered when I'm feeling sad), I also recommend not looking at the news and think about how there will always be a bright side to everything. I also really recommend telling people how you feel. Keeping in your feelings and your emotions is not a good thing (speaking from experience) so please talk to someone if you are feeling down and sad, it will help you a lot (talk to a trusted friend or a family member) i hope you feel better ❤️
