@EdenWolf You DEFINITELY shouldn't wear a tampon for 24 hours *shudders* the MAXIMUM amount of time you can wear it is 8 hours, but that's only if you really really have to. I would recommend wearing it for 6 hours MAX so that you get into the habit of changing it often, and so that it doesn't leak.

When I think mine's over I will wear the liners that aren't as thick as pads so if it's a false stop then my underwear won't be ruined. And because I'm one birth control it's really easy for me to tell when it's over but when you're still young and your body's still adjusting you kind if have to wing it and guess.
