Red-Green Color Deficiency?

Hi! I’m making a tapestry for my boyfriend’s birthday, it’s pattern #46894. There’s the original daytime (golden/brown) color palette as well as a nighttime (blues) palette variation (credit to the original creators 🙂). But my boyfriend is color-deficient, specifically red-green. Does anyone else here have this deficiency, or do you know of someone, and if so, do you have any tips or pointers as far as choosing colors? Or anything I should know? I’ve asked a couple of friends and so far we’ve agreed the golden/brown palette is better. The only concern is that the yellow hues will look more lime to him. No worries if you don’t have any input I just thought it was worth a shot 😊
