@patternpri I got that also. So you made it sideways probably than what the actual pattern shows, so they are suggesting you should rotate it because then it'll match.

rotating alphas can be a bit difficult, but what i recommend is taking a screenshot/picture of your original pattern, then manually create a new pattern using the draw alpha function, copying over each knot individually. i know it can be a bit tedious, but it is really important for making patterns usable for the braceletbook community!

The easiest way I think is taking a screenshot shot of your pattern, turn the photo so it’s the correct way, then go to alpha from photos, and move around the settings so it’s the same grid size as your original pattern. That way you won’t have to re draw anything!

Here's how to rotate your pattern that got declined because it was "the wrong way"...😊 Screen shot your pattern on your device... (Ctrl+S) or (Windows+Shift+S) 😊 Paste the image into a Word document. 😊 Trim the image so It's only the pixels in the pattern. 😊 Save the image. 😊 Still using Word, or your Pictures app on your computer, use the arrows to rotate the image, and save your changes! 😊 Go into BB and use the Image to Pattern, and upload your new and rotated image! (You might need to tweak it a little bit, but it's better than re-doing the while thing!!) Hope this helps! |
