Yesss. I swim too and have been having a hard time thinking of things to do. Try doing a circuit workout, running, or doing anything cardio. If u want to know about any of those, tell me and I will elaborate, I just don’t want to write so much and u like, hate running or something, but if u want to know then I would be happy to write more

@adelaide0f thanks for the suggestions. the only problem is that we are shut pretty much in our houses and i have a very confined space to exercise in so do you have any ideas on specific exercises that i can do?

@meganff01 so, a circuit workout that I like to do is pretty simple. It seems easy, but it’s not. 10 squats, 10 jumping jacks, 10 push-ups, and then I do 5 overhead pressed with some weights, but u don’t have to. After every set, you want to do a little bit of running, even if it’s just like go up and down the stairs and then start again. There are a ton of no equipment exercises that u can find online as well. If u r able to go to a track or something or jog a little outside, let me know and I’ll tell u what my runs r. If not, circuit workouts will be good

@meganff01 you should check out Blogilates on YouTube. Casey has hundreds of videos that require no equipment and can be done at home. She also offers a free workout calendar on her blog blogilates.com

Try searching some workout trails near you. You do cardio and then a little bit further you gotta do pushups or burpees and keep going

Youtube has some pretty great workouts....if u search disney workouts it will come up with a video by someone and I think her channel name is Kyra Pro or something close to that and she has a lot of fun workouts that dont take up a lot of space. And she does them to songs like Tik Tok songs, Disney, pop, etc. She also does yoga if u r interested in that. Hope this helps
