Nobody does my challenges. I try to make them interesting, but I’m just curious on how to improve them? Thank you in advance for any advice 😊

@meganff01 Ok. Thank you! I don’t do holiday challenges, mostly stuff like my “Bath & Body Works” challenge where you basically make a bracelet that reminds you of a specific scent from the store. I also don’t do winners or prizes. Would that affect anything?

@bunnymom i’d try to not be too restrictive on what people can do, try to keep more open so ppl have more options. i also think that ppl like it when there are prizes or winners because it makes it more of a competition which is what they are looking for?? hope this helps but it’s up to you rly.

Something easy that won’t take up a Ton of time. Don’t use patterns with a million strings, don’t use patterns where there are a lot of restrictions. Make it fun! The bbw sounds fun!!

I personally tend to gravitate toward challenges with rewards that are meaningful to me, like having my patterns rated positively or having the host of the challenge actually make and post a photo of one of my designs. I know most people do shoutouts, but I think my favorite rewards are the ones where I have the chance to have a pattern of my own made by someone else. If you have the time for something like that, it might attract more people!

@SavannaL Thank you! There’s no due date on the Bath & Body Works challenge, so it’s open to everybody all the time! @Caramel04 Thank you! If I had more time, I would definitely make people’s patterns, but unfortunately I am a slow knotter and quite busy. However, I will definitely keep that in mind!
