How do you start a website and can you sell things on it without a business licence. I have no clue how to do this so if anyone has their own website in which they sell their bracelets, could you post a tutorial on how you did that if you don't want to type it in the dorum? Thanks SO much!!!

There is this website called weebly where u can create websites so that is what I'm using
