are rewards depending on the person, or are they always the number by your profile?.... also is their a way to give a reward to someone without mailing it to them?

Rewards are always the star with a number by the user's profile picture. You can get rewards by participating in the official weekly or monthly challenges that braceletbook hosts. Or if you report something to the admin (like a problem with the website), then you could get a reward for that. Hope this helps 😊

You can only get an official award (number by your profile) is you enter a challenge hosted by a mod or admin or by reporting a duplicate pattern.
