Well you have to be atlas 17 and the admin picks the moderators! If someone reports you that you are helpful and nice to the community, the admin will look at it and decide if they should add you or not!

I also believe you have to be a bracelet king as well as what @ananya123 said. Stand out on the site and add something to the community. 🙂

So if someone reports you for being nice the Admin will make you a moderator?

If someone tells the Admin that you are nice, it's not definite that you will be chosen as a moderator, but you will most likely be put on the list for him to consider 🙂

You have to be EXTREMELY active, be at least 17, and recognized in the bracelet community. Example, quite a few people should have some idea of who you are. If you help out a lot of people, post some patterns, you may be recognized. Also admin have to be looking for new mods

He puts moderator posts in the blog. Since they gained 5 new moderators already he probably won’t be look for new ones for a while.

I don't think there is an exact timeframe, but I think that the admin adds new moderators whenever they get backlogged with a ton of patterns and photos to review 🙂
