How do members become mods?

I'm just wondering how a normal member can become a moderator. I think it's a very cool thing to do, and seems interesting and fun.

basically the requirements to becoming a moderator are that you have to be at least 17, and be very active, positive and helpful on bracelet book. once admin sees your activity on bracelet book, he will add you to his list of potential moderators. once it’s time to select new moderators, we have a vote and whoever gets the most votes is the person who gets to be the next moderator. 🙂
