I suck at being patient and I get very impatient when it comes to things being ordered and arriving from amazon. Anyone have ways on how to be patient and not rip the house down from being triggered on how long the order took

its taking more time some people are naturally patient others are impatient and its natural but they will take longer than normal anyways being patient is a characteristic and I am not sure there is any one way to develop this characteristic

I like to distract myself by finding something else to devote my time and attention to. You could set a bracelet goal, clean your room, go through your clothing, learn how to cook one of your favorite meals, etc
