This is a category for anyone who has migraines/headaches. We can share tips, tricks, story’s and more. You can also ask questions and can repeat tips because that shows up that there really good since multiple people recommend them. I’ll start with some of minePeppermint essential oil ( on temples) or tea ( if you don’t like candy canes I don’t recommend using either of them) Ice packs ( I’m more of a cold person so this works great for me but if you like hot you can use hand warmers and put either of them on we’re the headaches coming from.) Peace and quiet or calming music ( I had a headache on Fourth of July and my head started going crazy when the fireworks went off🤯 My pet ( if you have a cat or dog this works great and I think it’s like therapy and calms down the headache. |

I heard a daith ear piercing can help. For the most part, I just put ice where it hurts and shut off all the lights. |

Sleep is the best solution for me personally. I don't like to take medication so I usually try to put up with the pain until I can go to bed. When I wake up in the morning it's usually gone. I know some people who will often wake up with a headache if they do that so it's not for everybody.

Umm, i drink a lot of water and usually dim all the lights, if not turn them out completely. I also learned that putting essential oils on a pillow will help, and if that doesn't work I have a large collection of fragrance diffusers.

I get migraines bc of my back and it’s so annoying bc if I bend over too much I get one and I make bracelets for a good 2-6 hours a day and I’m bending over so I have to stop and that’s like every other day, and bracelets are like all I like to doBut they usually go away within a couple hours |

I get migraines most days. Different things help me; laying down on my back in the dark with a cool cloth resting on my forehead, drinking water or green tea, having a nap (if its not too bad), and also essential oils.

Well for me no pain medications work so that sucks also peppermint oil only worked sometimes I got the faith piercing and it didn’t really help but what I find is the best is you can go on amazon and order headache cooling gel packs and those work so good for me and also sleep if I have a headache that’s pretty much what I do but also I’m keeping a headache log for my doctor so he can prescribe medicine or find a solution

I have a kinda rare type of migraines, I can lose my eye sight for a long time (my longest was three days), I have a lot of medicine that can make my head ache easier. You should always visit a doctor before buying anything tho.

I usually turn off my lights and running cold water over my wrists helps me or taking a nap. And in the car I find looking straight ahead instead of out the side window helps also that not looking at a screen or reading in the car helps
