don’t be pressured into doing things you don’t want to/shouldn’t do. vaping was really popular when i was in 7th grade, so make sure to take care of your body and don’t do anything to harm it. i also struggled with my mental health a lot then. be sure to tell someone if you’re having issues. just try your best to enjoy your middle school years and cherish every day.

I will be a freshman this year but here is my advice for you:stay away from drama, it is a waste of time...your friend group can change, it's okay. Ppl started isolating themselves from ppl they did not like in 7th grade. Don't be pressured to do anything bc if something doesn't feel right, it isn't. Last but not least, here's some academic advice. 7th grade is not as hard as ppl say. I recommend that you study for quizzes so you wont have to do as much for your exams 😊😇

Aaaa there was definitely a lot of drama, stay away from it!! Honestly my 7th grade year was pretty bad, but I'm really glad I had amazing friends to support me! Don't get too stressed, just have fun 🙂 You'll know who's really caring for you because they'll stick by your side no matter what... just don't get caught up in the little things. 😊
