Does anyone know how to get a stolen pattern taken down? I contacted the user who stole one of my patterns as well as Admin but haven't heard anything from either of them yet.If anyone has had experience with this, what did you do/did anything happen? |

Note that the admin won't be responding because he gets too many messages, for further details see the most recent blog post. I haven't really heard of many patterns being stolen so I would wait for the person who took the pattern to respond and see what they say. Maybe contact a moderator for them to contact admin because your message might get there quicker.

I recommend contacting a Moderator about stolen patterns. (like me 😊)

I'm pretty sure this site doesnt allow duplicates,,,, if the pattern truly matches a knot for knot it'll only be able to be registered as a colour variationeven when I privately copied the knots of pattern 18, in order to make the pattern that is shown longer for personal use (its hard to work wiht like 10 rows of knots only as an example), the site recognised the pattern and asked me if I wanted to post a colour variation (though im probably missing context so perhaps w're not talking about a mere colour variation) |
