only early patterns have pattern difficulties. so if you look up an early pattern, it will say its difficulty under the number of strings and colors. 🙂

right, no newer patterns have a difficulty number. they took it off at around the 18000-19000th pattern. i think it maybe be because the difficulty number wasn’t accurate for some patterns. that’s just my guess though!
