hi! i just joined the app after using the website for a while. my question is what is the friends button for? like what’s the benefit of adding a friend.

It helps you increase your rank, you can look at their pictures and todos and patterns for ideas and I’m not really sure what else

Like the person above me said, it helps increase your rank. Other than that, there aren’t really many benefits from it. You can still message someone and look at their patterns/pictures/todos even if you’re not friends with them. I think sending a friend request is more like a friendly gesture, sort of saying like “hey you’re cool and if I met you in real life I’d want to be friends with you” or something like that. I might be wrong, but that’s how it seems to me
