today, i heard about the death of Brayla Stone. she was a black trans woman that was murdered in Arkansas. this sickens me to my core. Brayla was only 17. she had not gotten the chance to live her life for very long. i haven’t seen many people talk about her, so i thought i would inform you guys. violence against trans people, especially trans women of color, is increasing. as a trans person myself, i am scared. with hate crime increasing at this rate, i am frightened for my life and everyone else’s. please, say this with me. black trans lives matter. |

Black trans lives matter. Without the Black trans community, we would really have no pride because they started the movement.

Black trans lives do matter. ALL lives matter. We are all human and should respect that. I have parents who are against anything that is outside of being straight or your assigned gender, but guess what? BURN THOESE IDEALS. To them stds are "a punishment" and all this is happening because African Americans are all ghetto. We're mexican, Karen, we sure as heck can be too. Rest in peace Brayla Stone.

rest in peace, she deserves justice. every single black trans woman who has been a victim of a hate crime deserves justice.
