@GenMalucci First of all, I'm sorry you and this guy had to witness "these horrible things" (I'm assuming it was something inappropriate.) I assure you this isn't even appropriate behavior even in most LGBTQ+ communities, and that we believe we should be subject to the same laws and treatment as any heterosexual or cisgender couple. I sincerely hope you reported them to the authorities if it was something illegal.Secondly, I don't believe Homosexuality is any more or less sinful as many other acts we take for granted. Eating shellfish and wearing clothing woven with different materials are banned under the same verses in Leviticus that mention homosexuality (which even then, differs from translations). I think the point is that we are all sinners in the eyes of the lord, and that even the smallest things can make us imperfect. But being imperfect doesn't mean God doesn't love us, or that we won't see him again in heaven. It is through Jesus' blood that we are all saved is it not? And yeah, I have let my negative experiences with Christians and the church color my opinions of the faith, but it's something I've been trying to work on, as I know that not all Christians are hateful, intolerant or hypocritical. I certainly hope you won't let your bad experience continue to color your opinion of us. Honestly, I don't really care if you support my queerness, but I'll admit it does kinda hurt though because it;s not something I can help, and I'd like to live in a world someday where no one would think any less of me for it. |

@roundcat yes, it was not appropriate so I didn’t go into detail. I meant sin as more of sin to everyone. Just things you shouldn’t do. I don’t think less of anyone in the community. It just crosses lines so I don’t support it. I completely agree. His love is always and forever, no matter who we are or what we do. He loves us eternally. I don’t mean to hurt you or anyone else when I say I don’t support it. I have met a lot of really kind people who are part of the community. And I’m grateful that they still have some respect for me even if they don’t agree with what I believe in. You seem very kind, and I have no hate for you or anyone else

i practise modern witchcraft, more of a practice than a belief but i am questioning whether i start to worship gods. to anyone who does not like witchcraft, that’s fine but please do not call me a devil worshipper or anything of the sort. witchcraft is actually very peaceful and is mostly about setting intentions and bringing a positive outlook. i promise most witches do not regularly curse and hex as we know that whatever we send out comes back. i am thinking about being a wiccan or pagan but i’m not sure so i’m going to leave it at being a witch. we are very peaceful and chill people though so do not be afraid of us! most of us mean no harm and want to bring good

i was raised muslim but tbh i really don't agree with almost everything about it... the way almost all muslims are super against LGBTQ+ people, the huge difference between boys and girls, etc
