think about what you like! are you a vegetarian or vegan, you could garden? if you have long hair there are these crazy kinds of braids to do? do you know how to cook or bake? what’s something you think you need to know how to do in the future but don’t know how now? someone i know is teaching themselves microbiology. could you learn a new instrument?

Learn an instrument (guitar, ukulele, and piano are the easiest to get decent at), learn another craft like knitting or something, learn music theory on musictheory.net, and Khan Academy has a ton of subjects if it doesn't have to be like a physical skill

yeah it can kind of be anything (the guidelines are pretty much volunteer,carrer or hobby, which is very broad) Im leaning toads learning a new hobby, just need to narrow that down to something I can really lean from.
