Hey guys!I want to sell bracelets, but I don't know what to sell them for. I mean, part of myself wants to sell them for $1.50, part of myself wants to sell for $3.50. I just can't seem to make myself compromise. What do you guys think? Thanks for the help! |

I generally price mine depending on how much string is in them. I mean, luckily the string isn't too expensive so you don't have to price too much to be making a profit. Just make sure you consider the time you put into the bracelet into your price. When I was in school, I used to set numbers like: 5 strings and under is $2.00 and 6-11 was $5.00 12-20 was like $10.00 etc. That way when people asked for prices they could understand why a bracelet was as much as it was. Also, consider who you're selling to and how much they'd be willing to pay for something. I was selling to High-school students, high-school students either have part-time jobs working basically weekends, or they are getting money from mum and dad there's not much money there, so the likeliness that they're going to pay like $15 for a handmade bracelet is slim to none. Hope this helped a bit!

It depends on how much time you work on them and how much string you use, etc. If you get really advanced and sell tapestries, a tapestry around the amount of strings that #13258 (that is SUPER BIG and there aren’t many patterns that big) that would have to be like $30-50 and you would only be able to sell one because it would take so long. One that’s around like 70 to 100 strings would probably be at least $15 and one around 50 strings should be around $10. That’s just my estimate I don’t know how long tapestries actually take because I’ve never made one. An alpha pattern would probably be about $5-10 depending on the amount of strings and a normal pattern would be like 3-10. It all just depends on the amount of strings

Hi! I sell my bracelets and I consider how many strings it has, how long it is, how much time you took, the demand for it, and how much people will want to pay.If the demand is super high consider raising the price! If you are thinking two dollars, but can't bring yourself to sell it for that it is probably not enough. Again, you can always start higher and discount/bring the price down. I was selling to a 9-14 year old crowd and I sold a 9 string bracelet for three dollars, and a eighteen string bracelet for seven, and a 14 string one for 5 dollars. Those were the ranges and how much I sold them for and they sold quickly and I made nice profit which I donated to my church. I hope this helps!
