What was the most annoying mistake you’ve ever made when making bracelets? Mine is realizing I have the wrong number of strings... after making the triangle ends and loop. I’ve done that TWICE while making starbursts... 😂 |

One time I got about 15 rows into an alpha before I realized I was missing a base string 🥴 It hit me when I noticed I had to change colors on a string that wasn’t there, so now I quadruple check my base strings every time

I was super far into my bracelet and then my string snapped and at the time i didnt know that there was a way to add string. And the bracelet had a super cool color combination!

I was making an alpha for the first time (not including a vertical wave bracelet) And halfway through it, I realised that I was One Base String SHORT!!!!

ughhhh i hate it when i miscalculate the number of colors per string! one time i made a loop and only after i made the loop did i realize that i needed 8 white strings instead of only 4. so i frantically knotted in 4 more white strings into the triangle starts. it worked out but it was quite annoying. another time is when i tried the upside down alpha technique and i could not for the life of me figure out how to make it look good. and yeah i ended up giving up on that. i may try it again at some point but idk.

I used to make all of my strings too short then I would add more string to all the colors, this takes forever!

I made this pattern and then halfway through, I decided it didn't look good with the colors. I am now currently undoing the entire pattern

One of my base strings snapped in the middle of an alpha bracelet once ;( also I have really long hair so sometimes it gets knotted into the bracelets 🤦♀️

i have started making a bunch of bracelets and ended up realizing that i didn't like the pattern, so now i just have a ziploc bag full of bracelets i either need to finish or take apart haha
