also would like to say that i wish the best for everyone and hope everything plans out. I personally am not out of the closet with my parents not because they are not supportive but simply because i want to invite friends over but not that they automatically assume that they are a girlfriend or something like that. I will tell them in time (like in 4 years) so yeah

@js_creates one thing i regret about coming out as queer, is that i can’t spend the night at anyone’s house anymore. i always have to be THAT person that has to leave. plus i always fight about it with my parents. a lot of the times they don’t even let me go out with my friends because they don’t want to deal with it. so i kinda wish i never told them :/ (not that i would ever do anything while spending the night at someone else’s house. my parents just don’t trust me i guess)

That's something that I thought about when i figured out that i was Bi. My parents don't let me sleep over but if I ever did I don't want this to be a reason because. I also have a lot of overnight trips within school so i understand why you feel that way and why i have decided to wait till am at least in college

@AG13 that’s okay to still be figuring everything out! my sexual orientation identity changes all the time. when i first made this forum, i identified as bisexual. at this point, i now identify as queer.

Oh, and I like to read!

Also, I'm glad to see so many supportive people on here! NO ONE deserves to be hated on just because of how they are!!!!! It doesn't matter if you're lgbtq+, fat, skinny, tall, short, a freaking muffin, idc! Everyone is beautiful, and deserves the entire world!

@plant-dad thanks 😊 It's honestly been stressful trying to figure out what I am, since I'm worried about what my friends and family will say. None of us have ever talked about this, so I have no clue how they feel about someone being gay

My name is Bekah. I use they/them and she/her pronouns. I am bigender (female & non-binary) and asexual (also questioning aromantic). I love plants with my whole heart. I can identify probably over 100 plants without the use of any resources.
I don't know if I prefer they/them pronouns or she/her pronouns just because I actually came out right after my school closed due to the virus. This meant that I couldn't "test out" they/them pronouns. As things are kind of returning to normal if you will, I have gotten back with friends and have started to try these pronouns out. It makes me really excited!
