So, I need some help. My high school prom is coming up. I'm not sure if I should go or not. It's like, I want to, but at the same time, I don't. I just don't want to regret not going. Some of my friends are going, but I'm scared I won't really do much with them, and I don't really want to go just to be alone. But at the same time, I'm fine with that. I'm so indecisive, so if any of you have any suggestions on what I should do, they'd be greatly appreciated!!! ❤️ Rant, over.

Yeah, if you have friends to go with definitely go. I'm only planning to homecoming and prom this year, as it's my older sister's senior year and she's like my best friend. I probably won't go again, because I don't have friends. Well, at least friends i'd want to go with.Sorry for that long rant, but you should do it! Even if it sucks, at least you'll know for next time. |

I do the same thing when I think abt going to school dances, and end up having a lot of fun u should definitely just go. The worst that happens is u have a really funny story abt a really bad prom lol

I think it depends on what you don’t want to do cause if the whole being at the dance thing is the worry then you don’t have to go. I’ve got a friend who doesn’t want to go the actual dance but she’s still going to get ready with us and go out to dinner and take pictures and everything. Like you can just skip the actual dance and still hang out with your friends and dress up super pretty.

Do it. I was more of a social floater in high school and some of my closer friends didn’t go but I did. There were groups of friends closer with each other than I was with any of them, but I got to dress up, take photos and didn’t experience FOMO. It’s a once in a lifetime experience so you might as well. If you end up not liking it, at least you will know after instead of wondering what could have been

I think you should go. Think of it this way, would you rather go and possibly not have the best time, but you still got to experience it, or would you rather to not go and never know if you would have had a good time? Which course of action would you regret more? But it's your decision girly, go with what makes you most comfortable ❤️
