@_Ederle_heyyy! yessss! i definitely think you can make the team! you just need to have a good attitude and keep high spirits. when does your season start? tips: maybe practice a little with a ball at home and just bump it on walls (ofc if ur allowed) or you can do little sets above your head if your interested in setting. make sure your form is good, but if you have no experience, just go out there and have fun a give it all you got! i would recommend conditioning. if you don’t know what that is, it helps your body get ready for hard work. push ups, sit ups, and squat jumps are really good for volleyball players. if you’d like i can send you a little workout that you can do! just remember to have funnn! you got this! ❤️ |

Thank you so much for the advice! I haven’t actually found out when the season starts yet but I wanted to go ahead and prepare for it so i would love it if you could send me a workout. I’ve practiced hitting a ball back and forth with my friends before but I will definitely try setting and research how to have a good form (: thanks for the support!! |
